Clip-On
The Clip-On clips onto a pipe you already have, reads the water running through it, and raises the alarm the moment that flow stops making sense. No plumber, no cutting, no shutting off the water supply.
Nine out of ten of our customers install it on their own. The tenth gets a short video call — almost always to find the right pipe in the building, not to fit the sensor.
How it works
The Clip-On sits on the outside of the pipe. It measures the flow passing through it continuously, and it learns what normal looks like in that particular building: the morning shower, the dishwasher cycle, the irrigation that runs at 5 a.m. Once that baseline is established, anything that does not fit the pattern stands out — a toilet that never stops filling, a joint weeping behind a wall, a sprinkler valve that fails to close at night.
Analysis runs in the cloud, where machine learning separates ordinary use from the slow, continuous flow that signals a leak. When something is wrong, the alert reaches the phone in seconds — long before the water reaches the floor.
Two minutes, no plumber, no rewiring
- Fits the pipes you already have. Diameters from 16 to 33 mm, on copper, steel, PVC and PER — the vast majority of domestic and small commercial installations.
- Two AA batteries, around two years. No charging, no cable, no maintenance visit in between.
- No customer Wi-Fi, no mains socket. The sensor carries its own connectivity, so it works in a basement, a meter cupboard or an unheated technical room — exactly where pipes actually run.
- Nothing to cut, nothing to drain. Installation does not touch the plumbing, which is what makes self-installation realistic at scale.

A network, not a stand-alone gadget
Most leak detectors are sold one at a time and answer to one person. The Clip-On is built the other way around: every sensor is a node in a deployed network, and that network is readable in real time by whoever is responsible for the building — an insurer, a property manager, a facilities team — alongside the occupant’s own app.
That changes what is possible. Instead of one household finding one leak, a portfolio can be watched as a whole: see which buildings are losing water, act on the ones that matter, and measure the effect afterwards. It is the difference between a consumer product and an infrastructure programme.
